1 packet au jus gravy mix
1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter
8 whole pepperoncini peppers
1 tablespoon pepperoncini juice
Place the roast in the slow cooker and top with the ranch dressing mix and the au jus gravy mix.
Top with the butter, pepperoncinis, and pepperoncini juice.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, until the beef is tender and shreddable.
