Cooktop Cove: How to make cheesecake filled strawberries

When it comes to preparing food, be it a pot roast or a decadent dessert, many would argue that presentation plays a big role. This is especially important when cooking for others, as you want to offer your guests a colorful, balanced plate.

To get started, hollow out your strawberries. 
In a mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a dash of vanilla extract. This will serve as the filling. 
Spoon the mixture into a piping bag and fill the strawberries, one by one.
