If you are like me, it's a struggle to think about what to put together for dinner. You want something easy to prepare, but also satisfying for hungry family members or guests. What I love about casseroles is that you don't need to stand in front of the stove while it's cooking.
Below are some of my favorite recipes, perfect for any weeknight:
1. Cabbage roll casserole
Cabbage rolls are a favorite comfort dish in many households. But they take a long time to make, not to mention that boiling cabbage leaves and wrapping them around meat and rice bundles can be pretty labor-intensive.
