Cooktop Cove: How to make creamy mushroom pork chops in a slow cooker
By Jess Valentine
A meal of creamy pork chops smothered in mushrooms is hard to beat. In the recipe below, we make this delicious combination of pork and mushrooms using bone-in pork chops and cream of mushroom soup. It's so easy to make!
We use bone-in pork chops, but you can use boneless if you prefer. The addition of dried thyme adds more complexity to the dish, and cooking it in the slow cooker allows the pork chops to soak up all that mushroom goodness. The recipe takes five minutes to prep, so if you're in a crunch for time, it's the perfect meal to make!
