Frozen meatballs and prepackaged taco seasoning and sauce make this recipe a snap to pull together. You start by adding pre-made meatballs, taco seasoning and taco sauce right into your slow cooker. The taco seasoning adds a touch of spice, while the taco sauce gives a wonderful tanginess to the meatballs. Most importantly, let your slow cooker do the work for you.

Taco meatball rigatoni
Servings: 6
Prep Time: 5 mins
Ingredients
1 24-ounce pack frozen meatballs
2 1-ounce packets taco seasoning
1 16-ounce bottle taco sauce
1 6-ounce pack Mexican cheese blend
1 pound rigatoni pasta
Instructions
1. Add meatballs into a 6-quart slow cooker.
Next add taco seasoning and taco sauce. Mix well and combine.
Ensure sauce covers meatballs.
2. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
3. Stir in cheese and cook for 10 minutes.
