With Easter just a few days away, there's no better time to get out your baking necessities and whip up a holiday themed dessert. Be sure to include pastel colors and other shades of spring if you can. Aside from baskets filled with candy, common Easter desserts include appropriately decorated sugar cookies, lemon bars, and cakes of varying sorts.

Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
5 eggs
1/2 cup butter
Sprinkles
White chocolate fudge (If making from scratch: 3 1/2 cups of white chocolate chips, 1 can of condensed milk, and a touch of vanilla extract)
Directions
1. Preheat over to 325 degrees F.
2. Place 1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter into mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer.

3. Add 4 egg yolks and 1 egg. Mix with electric mixer.

4. Add 1 box of yellow cake mix and continue mixing with electric mixer.

5. Then add a healthy handful (or two) of sprinkles to brighten the batter up.

6. Now, press the batter into a baking dish.

Pop it into the oven for 15-20 minutes. You'll know it's done when you poke the middle with a toothpick and it comes out clean. Make sure the cookie bar completely cools before going onto the next step.
7. Now it's time to whip up some white chocolate fudge. You can make this from scratch or purchase a store bought version.

8. Pour the fudge over the cookie layer.

9. Last but not last, add Peeps on top. Add more sprinkles if desired and refrigerate.

10. Cut the dish into bar shapes and enjoy!
