Print this recipe
Potatoes are a staple in households all over the country. Why? They're relatively inexpensive and can be prepared a number of different ways. Baked potatoes are perhaps the most popular potato-related dish. All you have to do is make a slit, add some toppings, and pop them in the oven.
What's even more delicious than a baked potato? A twice-baked potato - in casserole form. Check out this delicious recipe below courtesy of I Heart Recipes. To start, simply mash some potatoes. Add in butter, sour cream, or whatever you so choose.

Next, spread the mashed potatoes into a casserole pan. Top them off with plenty of cheese and bits of bacon. Place the dish in a 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven for about 20 minutes.
When it's out, you should have a nice, golden top and a creamy inside. If you like the looks of the dish, be sure to check out I Heart Recipes' video.
