Roast chicken is a highly versatile dish -- you can pair it with just about any vegetable or spice, depending on what you're craving in the moment. What's even better is that preparation can take as little as 10 minutes when you roast the chicken and vegetables together in the same pan! What's not to love about a nutritious, healthy meal that you can whip together in a matter of minutes?
Jennifer from Show Me The Yummy came up with this wonderful roast chicken recipe that uses a delectable rosemary marinade on both the chicken and vegetables. She suggest marinating the chicken ahead of time, which would certainly give it a boost of flavor, however, anyone in a rush could skip the marinading step and jump straight into roasting!
