Super simple pulled pork in the slow cooker

The One Pot Chef is a big fan of the slow cooker, as he understands that it makes cooking a whole lot easier. Below, check out his recipe for slow cooked pulled pork sliders.
The ingredients are as follow:
- 1 or 2-pound pork leg roast
- salt
- 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (substitute if you so choose)

In your crock pot, season your pork with a bit of salt and add the apple cider vinegar. Cook on low for 10 hours. 
Ten hours later, remove the pork from the slow cooker and tear it apart. Throw it back into the slow cooker with a cup of barbecue sauce, mix it together, and cook it for a few more minutes.
