1 pounds brussels sprouts cut in half
1 apple peeled, small dice
1/2 cup bacon small dice
2 tablespoons butter small dice
1/3 cup chicken stock
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions
1. In a 6-quart slow cooker add in all the ingredients and mix well. Cook on high for 1.5 hours mixing half way through.
2. Serve!
