1. SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN
Freeze in a bag:
2 chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 large yellow onion, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
14oz can of pineapple chunks, in juice
1 tablespoon flour (or cornstarch)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Serve over rice or noodles.
2. HONEY & GARLIC CHICKEN
Freeze in a bag:
6 chicken thighs
2 medium potatoes, cut into chunks
3 carrots, chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Serve with rice.
3. SOUTHERN CHICKEN CHILI
Freeze in a bag:
3 chicken breasts
1 yellow onion, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
28oz can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chicken stock
14oz can red kidney beans, drained
2 tablespoons chili seasoning
Cook on low for 7 hours, or until chicken is tender.
Shred the chicken with a fork. Serve with tortilla chips or rice.
4. BBQ CHICKEN
Freeze in a bag:
4 chicken breasts
1 small yellow onion, chopped
2 medium potatoes, chopped
1 large carrot, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
3 cups BBQ sauce (or one 28oz bottle)
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
5. CHICKEN TERIYAKI
Freeze in a bag:
2 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken stock
Cook on low for 4-5 hours
Serve with rice.
6. HEARTY CHICKEN & LENTIL STEW
Freeze in a bag:
2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
2 cups uncooked lentils
2 carrots, chopped
1 large yellow onion, chopped
3 teaspoons chopped garlic
14oz can chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
You will also need:
2 cups water
6 cups chicken stock
Add the water and the chicken stock with the rest of the ingredients. Cook on high for 4 hours.
Serve with crusty bread and butter.
7. CHICKEN CACCIATORE
Freeze in a bag:]
2 chicken breast
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
24oz jar of tomato sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Serve with spaghetti.
8. MEATLOAF
Freeze in a bag:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup golden bread crumbs
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sour cream
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Mix everything together in a large bowl before adding to your freezer bag.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

9. TENDER ROAST BEEF AND ROOT VEGETABLES
Freeze in a bag:
1lb beef chuck shoulder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 carrots, chopped
2 parsnips, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Cook on low for 8 hours, or until beef is fork-tender.
Serve with rice or potatoes.
10. MEATBALL & VEGGIE STEW
Freeze in a bag:
1lb store bought meatballs
24oz jar of tomato sauce
4 cups chicken stock
1/4lb green beans, halved
3 carrots, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1 large yellow onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
