Ingredients
1 tablespoon (14 g) butter
4 cups (400 g) blueberries
1 cup, plus 2 tablespoons (230 g) sugar
3 tablespoons (24 g) cornstarch
2 teaspoons (5 g) cinnamon
1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
1 tube (1 lb., 450 g) premade biscuit dough
Directions
1. Use butter to grease the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker.

2. Add blueberries, 1 cup of sugar, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and vanilla to slow cooker.

Stir to combine.

3. Separate out the biscuits and cut into 1 or 2 chunks. Layer evenly over top of berries.

Dress with melted butter.

Mix together remaining 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over top.

4. Place 3-4 paper towels over top of slow cooker to absorb moisture, then cover with lid.
