Slow cooker meatloaf

Ingredients
1.5 pounds red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 2-3" pieces
2.5 pounds lean ground beef
1 large onion, finely chopped
3/4 cups ketchup
3/4 cup crushed butter crackers 
2 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
For the glaze:
3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1. Lay cut potatoes on bottom of 6-quart slow cooker. 
2. Mix all other ingredients for loaf in a large bowl. Then form into a loaf before setting on top of the potatoes inside the slow cooker.
3. In a small bowl, mix ingredients for glaze, then brush on top of loaf.
4. Cover and cook on low 6 hours.
5. Serve with potatoes.
