A brilliantly fun breakfast for kids after a sleepover, or served as part of a brunch; a plate of warm, glistening monkey bread is nothing short of delicious.  This recipe is a total breeze to put together, and it's a great one to get those sleepover kids helping with before they go and cover a floor of your home with sleeping bags, blobs of toothpaste and mismatched pajamas.
You can tinker with the ingredients if you want; using a raisin dough, or adding a handful of dried fruit between the layers of biscuit dough; and a drizzle of maple syrup or honey over the top before you set it cooking.   You can use a baking parchment liner in your cooker if you want to, although it's not essential.
