Slow Cooker Orange Marmalade Chicken
Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
½ cup orange marmalade
1 cup orange juice
¼ cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
½ tablespoon peeled and minced ginger
Flour for dredging
Directions
1. Slice chicken breast in half horizontally. Roll each piece in flour until it's coated. Tap off any excess, and then place in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
2. In a separate bowl, mix marmalade, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, tomato paste and ginger. Pour it on top of your chicken in the slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook for 3 hours on high, or 6 hours on low.
4. Serve chicken alongside white sticky rice, steamed broccoli and some of that extra sauce left over in the slow cooker.
