How to make slow cooker honey chicken (video)

Print this recipe
Set chicken thighs in the slow cooker before you go about your day, and come home to a tangy and delicious meal that the whole family will love.
Carrots and potatoes add a heartiness to this Asian-inspired chicken dish. I recommend using bone-in chicken thighs, but you can substitute boneless chicken thighs.
