Korean dakdoritang (닭도리탕) is also know as dakbokkeumtang(닭볶음탕). Whatever you call it, we have a sneaking suspicion that you'll fall in love with this spicy, garlicky chicken and potato stew. The chicken cooks to perfectly moist tenderness and this lovely dish is great served over plain steamed rice. You'll need to use gochujang, a Korean chile paste, but it's relatively easy to track down in Asian food stores or the supermarket. You might also find that it's called Korean Red Pepper Paste or Korean Vinegared Red Chile Sauce.
Mykoreankitchen.com has a great recipe. Both the author and some commentators found that you might need a little extra liquid in the crock pot, either water or stock, in case the dish is too dry.

This will really depend on your own slow cooker, whether you use chicken thighs instead of breast, and also what kind of potatoes you use to an extent. It's worth just checking how things are going in there during the cooking time and add a little liquid if necessary. The end result is truly fabulous though and definitely worth trying!
