Packed with tenderized beef, punchy garlic, starchy potatoes and a hint of heat, this casserole has everything that you want out of a weekday meal. This dish takes about 10 - 15 minutes to prepare, and 60 minutes in the oven, giving you the better part of an hour to sit back, relax and enjoy the fragrant aromas wafting out of the family kitchen.

Ingredients
1 pound beef chuck roast, cubed
2 pounds potato, quartered then thinly sliced
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
7 сloves of garlic, minced
1 jalepeño, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup cream
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the olive oil in a frying pan and over a medium heat. Quickly fry the garlic, chili pepper, thyme, rosemary and basil for about 1-3 minutes, or until fragrant.
2. In a bowl, mix beef and flour. Then place into a greased baking dish. Then pour garlic oil over beef. Place the sliced onions and potatoes on top, and season with salt and pepper.
3. Pour the cream over the potatoes before covering the casserole with foil and placing it into a preheated oven for 1 hour or until fully cooked.
