If you always order Lo Mein (tossed noodles) or Chow Mein (fried noodles) at the restaurant or for take-out, then stop! With a slow cooker, you can produce the most delicious and authentic Asian noodle meals, with very little preparation. Believe me -- they are just as good, if not better, than take-out.
