If you always order Lo Mein (tossed noodles) or Chow Mein (fried noodles) at the restaurant or for take-out, then stop! With a slow cooker, you can produce the most delicious and authentic Asian noodle meals, with very little preparation. Believe me -- they are just as good, if not better, than take-out. Seriously, check out these recipes and mouthwatering pictures, and then throw away that take-out menu!
First up, the pictures below should be enough to persuade you to start searching the refrigerator for everything you need to make it.

2 chicken breast boneless skinless
2 cups baby bok choy, bottom trimmed

In a 6-quart slow cooker, add in oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
Place chicken breast in sauce mixture, and cook on low for 2 hours.
Remove chicken from slow cooker, and cut into bite size cubes. Then return to slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix water and corn starch to make a slurry. Then add to slow cooker along with bok choy, carrots, and bell peppers. Mix well and cook for another hour on high.
While waiting on the last hour of cooking, cook noodles according to package directions.
