Ingredients
4 pork chops, bone in (about 2 pounds)
1 onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup (60 g) flour
3 cups (700 mL) chicken broth
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Place the pork chops on the bottom. Add the sliced onion and the minced garlic on top of the pork.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the flour together with the chicken stock until blended. Stir in the mustard and the spices before pouring over the pork chops. Cook on low for 4 hours.

3. Once ready, remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and serve with the cooking gravy.
