Rosemary and parmesan homestyle potatoes

Ingredients
3 Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1" pieces
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
1/2 bunch fresh rosemary, leaves only
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
1. Pour the oil into the bottom of the slow cooker and place the potatoes, garlic, rosemary, sea salt and pepper on top. Mix everything together until the potatoes are well-coated.

2. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
