For a really stunning presentation, use a cake pan with removable rims. (You'll have to cut some of the graham crackers to get an even layer that reaches to the edges.) Once your cake is set, you can smooth out the whipped cream on the edges, giving it the look of a frosted cake.

No bake strawberry ice box cake
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 3 hours
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
3.5 cups (sliced or chopped) strawberries with 5-6 whole ones set aside to put on top
12 whole graham crackers
5 cups whipped cream
chocolate sauce (optional)

Directions
1. Use a square glass casserole dish.
2. Line with one layer of whipped cream. Then line graham crackers. Add another layer of whip. Then add a layer of sliced strawberries.
3. Repeat step 2 twice.
4. Garnish the top layer with the whole strawberries.
5. Put in fridge for 3 hours or so.
6. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top and serve.
