2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
2 14-oz (400g) cans chopped tomatoes
4 cups (910 ml) chicken stock
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can black beans, drained
1 cup (225g) frozen corn
3 cloves garlic, minced
Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker and stir together well with a wooden spoon until the flour and spices are well blended. Season with extra salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
