Cheesesteak casserole

Ingredients
1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
8oz (225g) pack wide egg noodles, cooked according to package
1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
2 green bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 jar cheese sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 3-quart casserole dish or 9" x 13" casserole pan and place the egg noodles in the bottom. Pour half of the cheese sauce over the top of the noodles.
2. In a frying pan, add in oil then the onions and the bell peppers with the salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes. Add the strips of beef and quickly brown. Place the onion, peppers and beef over the noodles and cheese sauce and spread out evenly. Top it off with the remaining cheese sauce, and place into the preheated oven, covered, for 35 minutes. Serve immediately.
