It's rare that we come across a vegetable casserole so simple and delicious that it outshines even the meatiest of dinners. Cauliflower is a delicious vegetable with a wonderful texture and natural nuttiness that lends itself well to brilliant spice blends. While you might be well-aware that cauliflower and cheese is a winning combination, you may not realize that soft and cheesy cauliflower holds no ground to crispy and spiced cauliflower, as shown perfectly in this scrumptious recipe for roasted cauliflower floret casserole.
This dish is incredibly easy, yet intensely satisfying. Start off by simply sauteing cauliflower in butter before layering it on the bottom of a casserole dish. Then, a quick and simple spice rub is blended with basic Greek yogurt to create a fabulously flavorful crust that adds a wonderful crunch to your soon-to-be-favorite dinner side!
