No bake strawberry chocolate tart

Oreo Crust:
24 Oreo cookies
4 tablespoons butter, melted
Ganache filling:
1 cup coarsely chopped bittersweet chocolate
1 cup coarsely chopped milk chocolate
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
about 10 whole strawberries, cut
chopped hazelnuts to sprinkle on top (optional)
white chocolate to drizzle (optional)
1. Crush cookies in a food processor, then pour in melted butter. Continue to mix until fully combined. 
2. Spoon mixture into a 9" tart pan or cake pan, pressing onto the bottom and up the sides. Place in freezer while preparing the filling. 
3. Slowly heat cream, but do not bring to a boil. Pour over broken chocolate bits to melt, then stir until smooth and well blended. 
4. Pour over Oreo crust and top with strawberries. If desired, sprinkle with chopped nuts, or drizzle with white chocolate. 
5. Refrigerate for 4 hours or more to set.
