Sometimes you need a dessert, but don't have a lot of time to make it in or to spend waiting for it to finish baking in the oven. This no-bake triple chocolate brownie can be a lifesaver at this point. Although it will take a little bit of time to set, you can mix the ingredients, pop it into the refrigerator and walk away from it without worrying about whether the house is going to burn down or if the kids will remember to take it out of the oven.
Besides being great for those who are in a hurry, this no-bake dessert is great for those who don't have an oven. People who live in tiny spaces with only a stovetop or hot plate can still enjoy a tasty morsel and have a delicious dessert to serve when company comes over. You may find that this dish is richer and sweeter than traditional brownies since it calls for condensed milk and two different types of chocolate. Also, since it won't be rising during baking, it will be denser. For step-by-step instructions on how to make these decadent brownies, watch Everyday Food's video below.

1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts, finely chopped
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate

1. Crumble graham crackers until fine.
2. Chop the hazelnuts.
3. Place graham crackers, nuts and cocoa in a bowl and mix.
4. Stir in condensed milk.
5. Melt bittersweet chocolate over medium heat or in the microwave.
