1.Grease a 9 by 13 pan with butter and set aside.
2. Crush your chocolate cookies into crumbs. You can smash the cookies in a plastic bag with a rolling pin or grind them up in a blender. Add melted butter to cookies and mix until cookie crumbles are moistened. Press the cookies into the bottom of your greased pan and set in the refrigerator for five minutes.
3. While your cookie crust is setting, whip your cream cheese in a bowl until the cream is fluffy. Add milk and sugar. Stir to combine. Add whipped cream and mix until combined. Use a spatula or spoon to spread the mixture over your cookie crust. Return to the refrigerator.
4. While your crust and cream are setting, combine the pudding and cold milk together in a bowl. Whisk the mixture until thick, spread the pudding over the cream layer and let everything set in the fridge until firm.
5. After the pudding has set, add another layer of whipped cream, and top with chocolate shavings. Serve cool.
Pro tip: Try adding some shredded coconut to the cream cheese mixture for a different flavor, or add crushed walnuts to the top for some extra crunchiness!
