No-bake chewy cookies-and-cream bars
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Total time: 1 hour 10 minutes
Serves: 10 to 12
Ingredients
Oreo cookies (large package)
1 large bag of marshmallows
1/4 cup butter
Directions
1. Smash your cookies into large chunks. Set aside.
2. Combine the marshmallows and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Put the bowl in the microwave and heat until the ingredients are melted. Stop every 30 seconds to stir the mixture (to keep from burning).
3. Add the cookies to the melted marshmallows and mix until cookies are completely coated.
4. In a greased 8-inch pan, spread the mixture evenly. You may need to use a greased spatula (or gloved hand) to spread the sticky mixture.
5. Allow the dessert to cool completely before serving. Pop the bars into the fridge to speed up the cooling process.
Pro tip: Wear a food-grade glove greased with butter to make spreading your bars easier. You can also wrap your pan in plastic wrap and then grease the wrap to make cleanup easy.

Bonus: Decorate with raspberries and mint leaves for a pretty display.
