Tie-dye cake
Ingredients
6- inch fondant covered cake
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons of water
Neon food coloring
Directions
1. In a measuring cup, mix together your powdered sugar and water until the frosting is runny. You can add a little more or less water until you get the right thickness. You want a runnier frosting (more like a glaze texture).
2. Place one drop of each color into your frosting. Do NOT mix or stir.
3. Carefully pour the frosting over the center of your cake and let it run down the top and sides.
4. Allow your cake to dry before cutting and serving.
Pro tip: Set your cake on a wire rack to prevent the frosting from pooling at the bottom of the cake.
