Garlic bread is one of those things that everyone gets excited about. No matter how old you are or whatever else you might be eating, garlic bread is usually something you'll put on your plate. In the recipe below, we make a delicious roll stuffed with melted mozzarella and loaded with butter and herbs!
We start by using ready-made dinner roll dough. If you have time, you can definitely make your dough at home, but ready-made from the store works great. We cut mozzarella sticks into chunks and stuff them into each role. Then we brush a mixture of melted butter, garlic and fresh herbs on top and lightly sprinkle with salt. I love eating these rolls fresh out the oven and piping hot, when the cheese is perfectly gooey!

1 package ready-made dinner roll dough
4 to 5 mozzarella sticks
4 tablespoons melted butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
Salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Divide the dough into 1- to 2-inch rounds, depending on the size you'd like your rolls to be.
Once divided, cut the mozzarella sticks into 1/2- to 1-inch chunks, depending on the size of your rolls.
Using your fingers, slightly spread out a dough ball and place a mozzarella chunk in the center. Fold the ends over to cover the cheese, pinching the ends together so they completely seal. Shape into a ball once more, and place on a baking sheet with seams down.
In a bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic, parsley and rosemary.
Using a pastry brush, generously brush the top of each roll with the butter mixture. Lightly sprinkle salt on top.
Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
