Overnight chia pudding

1 mashed ripe banana
3 tablespoons black chia seeds
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1½ cups almond milk
1 tablespoon raw honey
In a 16-ounce mason jar, add all ingredients from banana to honey.
Tightly put lid on mason jar and shake until everything is fully incorporated.
Place in refrigerator overnight, and enjoy in the morning!
Pro tip: Really in a rush? You can soak the chia seeds ahead of time! They are good for about five days if kept in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container. With 10 minutes of prep on a Sunday night, you'll have a whole week of breakfast ready to go.
