Ingredients
1 can ready made croissant dough
4 slices ham
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 egg beaten (optional)
2 teaspoons fresh parsley finely chopped (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Unroll the 2 pieces of croissant dough. Keep them in their rectangular shape. Pinch the diagonal precut seams together. Then separate into 4 rectangles.

3. With your finger put a little water on the edges of the dough to make sure they stick together once folded. Fold ham to fit on one end of dough. Top ham with a ¼ cup of cheese. Fold into a pocket and seal the edges. Make 2 small incisions on the top of each pocket so steam can release when baking.
4. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
