If you would like a substitute for almond meal, all of the following have been recommended: all-purpose flour, wheat flour, instant oatmeal or traditional oatmeal. Also highly recommended: cinnamon and sugar topping on the pancakes. Yum!

Healthy 3-ingredient banana pancakes
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Total time: 10 minutes
Yield: 6 small pancakes
Ingredients
2 large eggs
1/4 cup almond meal
1 banana, mashed
Cooktop Cove
Directions
1. Combine all three ingredients.
2. Pour batter into oiled or buttered skillet over medium-low heat. When bubbles begin to form, flip over and cook until golden brown.
