This simple recipe for garlic Parmesan chicken is one that you will love after the first time you make it. Sear and add chicken to the slow cooker with potatoes, and in about four hours you'll have a wonderful dinner.
I prefer to use bone-in chicken thighs, as they have the most flavor. But feel free to use chicken breasts for a healthier alternative.
