Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Mash
Ingredients
2 pounds sweet potatoes peeled and quartered
5 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon fresh or dry thyme finely chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ cup cream cheese
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions
