How to make caramel apples

Print this recipe
One of my favorite memories from childhood is getting caramel apples at the local fair. Unfortunately, the fair is only in town a few weeks a year...however now with this handy recipe you can make delicious caramel apples all year!
Simply get some caramel candies and melt them in your slow cooker! The rest is easy! If you want to spice this up a bit, feel free to dip the finished apples in crushed nuts. Yum!
