Slow cooker cranberry pork chops

1½ cups dried cranberries
1½ teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, smashed
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced rosemary
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
4-6 pork chops, bone in or boneless
Add everything from cranberries to chicken broth into a 6-quart slow cooker. Mix well.
Place pork chops in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, or on low for 4 hours, 30 minutes.
