I like to make this with classic marinara sauce, but feel free to customize with your favorite sauce: chunky, meaty or spicy. The biscuit dough crisps beautifully, just like a toasted bun. You'll end up with a "bubble up" casserole that will become a family favorite time and time again.

Ingredients
1 can (16 oz., 460 g) Pillsbury Grands biscuits
1 bag (20 oz., 570 g) frozen meatballs
2 cups (480 ml) spaghetti sauce
1½ cups (75 g) shredded mozzarella
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan generously with butter or oil.
2. Remove biscuits from can. Use 1 can of Pillsbury Grands biscuits.

Cut each one into eight wedges.

Arrange evenly in bottom of prepared dish.

3. Grab 1 bag (20 ounces) of frozen meatballs. Arrange meatballs on top of biscuits.

Cover with 2 cups of spaghetti sauce, starting with a cup and adding more to desired level of sauciness.

Sprinkle cheese (~1½ cups) on top.

4. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, until browned and bubbling.
