What a fun way to have meat and potatoes! The recipe below is so easy to prepare and one of those dishes everyone get's excited about. Tater tots are one of my favorite ways to have potatoes. Crispy on the outside soft and creamy on the inside.
In this recipe we line a casserole dish with tater tots and green beans. Then brown ground beef with onions and add cream cheese, milk and cream of celery to make a hearty sauce. Poured right on top of the green beans and tater tots then cooked in the oven. I like to top this casserole with French's fried onions to add that extra crunchy goodness.
