Slow Cooker French Onion Pork Chops
Ingredients
2 onions, thinly sliced
2 cups beef broth
1½ pounds boneless center-cut pork loin chops
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Place onions in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker. Pour beef broth over the top.
2. Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper and place on top of the onions and beef broth. Cover with lid and cook on low for 3½ hours.

3. Remove lid and sprinkle about 1/2 cup of Swiss cheese on each pork chop.
4. Return lid and continue to cook for about 30 minutes, just until the cheese has melted.
