8 cups cooked spaghetti (from 1 pound uncooked), with sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Combine the pasta and the Parmesan cheese, and mix well to combine.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, and milk until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Brush a pie plate with butter, and add the remaining butter to the batter.
Fold the pasta into the batter and mix well to combine. Pour the mixture into the pie plate.
Bake about 30 minutes, or until set. Remove from the oven and allow to cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
