Baby back ribs! Oohhh I love them all kinds of ways, slathered in barbecue sauce, dipped in vinegar or slowly cooked the with the perfect dry rub. In the recipe below we make a super easy and delicious dry rub using only 5 ingredients. I love to bring these to pot lucks because they're a breeze to make and always a crowd pleaser.
We start off by mixing together garlic and whole grain mustard then massaging it into the ribs. Next comes comes an evenly sprinkle of brown sugar, that gets massaged in as well. Don't skip the massaging, it's essential for the flavors to really get into the meat and build a crust. Evenly sprinkle the seasoned salt and massage one last time. Place into a slow cooker and you'll have the simplest most tastiest ribs you've ever had.
