How to make no bake fourth of July cheesecake

Print this recipe
It's that time of the year, sun is shining and barbecues. In my family every other weekend felt like a fourth of July celebration during the summer months. My mom was on the grill making her famous bbq and my dad always whipped up the best desserts. In the recipe below I share a no bake cheesecake similar to my dad's!
We start of by making a graham cracker crust. We make our by simply putting graham crackers in a ziplock bag then pounding them with the flat side of a meat mallet. We then mix them with sugar and melted butter and press into a pan tightly then place it in the fridge while we put the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl. We use sour cream in this recipe which really adds to the flavor and lightness of this cheesecake. Topped with the red and blue to celebrate the fourth of July in taste and style.

Make the red stripes of the flag by over lapping the strawberries.
