I love oatmeal raisin cookies. They have always been one of my favorites, sometimes even more so than chocolate chip cookies. In the recipe below, we make a perfectly healthy oatmeal raisin cookie, with absolutely no added sugar. I can eat these all day and not ever have to worry about my waistline.
It's so simple. All you need in this recipe is an overripe banana, some raisins and rolled oats. Mash everything together until it forms a dough. Form the dough into cookies and place them on a greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper. All they take is 15 to 20 minutes in the oven, and they're ready! You can also add any other dried fruit or even nuts to this recipe. Have fun with it and make it your own!
