Slow cooker honey chicken

¼ cup honey
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 onion, small dice
⅓ cup soy sauce
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
12 ounces frozen green beans
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine honey, sesame oil, garlic, onion, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a 6-quart slow cooker. Submerge chicken breast.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, 30 minutes.
Add green beans. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve with ginger rice.
