3 tablespoons McCormick's Cajun Seasoning
4 pounds of chicken thighs, bone in
½ cup vegetable oil
1 medium sized onion, small diced
3 cloves minced garlic
4 cups chicken broth
2 bay leaves
2 cups whole milk
3 tablespoons parsley, roughly chopped
