Ingredients
3/4 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
3. Melt the mozzarella cheese in the microwave. Add the dry ingredients to the cheese and mix to combine. Add the egg and mix well.
4. Turn the dough out onto a nonstick surface and knead until it comes together. Using your hands or a rolling pin, roll it out and place it on a nonstick baking sheet.

5. Sprinkle the garlic powder, sea salt, and parmesan cheese evenly over the top. Cut into sticks.
6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
