Chicken Bacon Ranch Layer Salad
1- 1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
3 heads of romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
2 cups fresh or canned corn
5 roma tomatoes, diced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 avocado's, thinly sliced
2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
12 oz pack of bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 cups shredded roasted chicken
1 bunch of chives thinly sliced
In a large glass bowl, layer lettuce, avocado, bell peppers, corn, tomatoes, red onion, bacon, chicken, chives, and cheese.
Drizzle with dressing.
Repeat until you have used up all ingredients.
Serve as is or allow to chill in refrigerator for a few hours.
Pro-tip: Have some dressing on the side if people would like extra dressing.
